Fraudlent Shipping Charges
Fulfilled two year contract with perfect payment history, but was informed at cancellation of the shipping fees to return receivers. Told by three separate customer service reps this is a new "business practice" within the last year. Asked for a copy of my original contract where I agreed/was aware of these fees. Contract could be produced within 14 days which is after the 10 day/$600 deadline to return the equipment....coincidence? Digital world, right? This is no less than extortion and should be treated as such.
