Ripoff/NON-RESPONSIVE consumer fraud New Jersey

USBI billing has occurred on my Verizon telephone bill FOR THE PAST 8-9MONTHS! I have contacted Verizon, who has no way of deleting this billing, also have contacted USBI customer service webiste, listed in complaint. There is no address phone number, etc. for USBI and they claim:

"Thank you for your inquiry. You have reached USBI. USBI is not a long distance carrier. USBI aggregates billing for long distance carriers. Ridley Telephone is the carrier who is billing you. They prefer to handle
their own customer service. Please contact them directly at their toll-free number, 1-800-876-3511, customer service hours are 9a-9p, EST, 7 days a week. They will be able to further assist you with your concern. Thank
you.

Inquirys: OUR LONG DISTANCE WAS ORIGINALLY SET UP WITH USBI ON A PROMOTIONAL BASIS, OF WHICH WAS NEVER RECEIVED, AS WELL OUR LONG DISTANCE WAS CUTOFF IN OCTOBER DUE TO ISSUES WITH OUR PHONE BILL. WE HAVE NOT HAD SERVICE SINCE
THEN AND CONTINUALLY GET CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE! I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT USBI AND YOUR "THIRD PARTY" CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDERS WITH NO LUCK. I DEMAND TO BE REIMBURSED FOR 7MTHS OF SERVICE NOT PROVIDED:
$185.78. I AM FED UP WITH THE RUN AROUND FROM YOU AND RIDDLE OUT OF NEW JERSEY!"
