Unethical failure to provide refund & won't reschedule course

I paid for a Kaplan real estate course and there was never any mention of not being able to reschedule to a later date. I spoke with two rude, unprofessional and horrible customer service supervisors: 1. Sarah Jerecki and 2. Abilene Koch. Both refused to elevate this matter to their supervisors, neither would reschedule the course for 2013 and Abilene kept interrupting me very obnoxious and has no business working in customer service
