I had subscribed to match.com by a e-check online and it was for the 6month membership and they sent me a confirmation # of 104524167 . My email is email@example.com and my mom Maria Turner gave me the check from her account and I am giving her the cash to put in since they charged the full amount of 119.94 . Anyways either way it isn't about the money but I probably would have gone with a plan that didn't charge so much right away. We thought it was the 19.99 bundle for six months and that it would come out once a month for 6 months . Well however they did it we paid in full by check number and I was sent a confirm # and put in the correct login and password and it will not allow me to login at all !!! And it keeps driving me back to this page ! I need to know that my account is active and that I can login for what I paid for . I am extremely upset and wondering how it was working earlier today and then just now won't even take the login or password and I have a check floating around with no access to my page . Please let me know A.S.A.P what is going on and why I am not able to login ?? And how to resolve this matter .
