Unacceptable Service

This summer we took two of our lawn tractors to this store in Galesburg, MI after a friend recommended them. We waited three weeks and when we called they said parts were on order. A couple of weeks later the tractors were returned. We spent about $600. Within a couple of days we ran the John Deere and within a couple of minutes a belt went flying off. I called Sears for a repair . The earliest appt I could get was 1 1/2 weeks away. I had a 8-12 noon appt and no one showed or called. Sears called 40 minutes AFTER my 4 HOUR APPT. I had sears come in and install a new 6400 dollar furnace but after 1 week it stopped working and it was leaking gas so I call sears service and this is were the night mare starts, after talking to 14 different people and 5 days later I stile have a broken furnace sears is telling me that the company they sub contracted to put my furnace in has to look at it and there 12 hours away so in the mean time I guess my family don't need heat in sears eyes,this is the worst company I have ever dealt...

Pickup quiet cab commercial - General Motors pickup

The commercial I saw on TV about how quiet the pickup cabs are said Dodge and Ford both have quieter cabs!!! The guy says their cabs quietness is "second to none". Then he goes on to explain that by "none", he means Dodge and Ford. Therefore he's saying GM cabs are second to dodge and Ford both!! I know it's hard to find people now days who know English, but if I was going to spend a lot of money to produce a commercial, I might would hire someone to double check the script....

In the early morning hours of Oct 12th, we woke up a 5 am to find water coming in on one side of our home; our area had between 8 to 12 inches in a short time. After my wife and I battled the incoming water I called ServicePro, entered our zip code and was told a technician would call us back. I then received 4 text msgs with the instructions to call this same number and leave a msg that I would get a call back. That was 10 days ago, still no call back...what great service!...

We had received a good recommendation for the blue crew for our furnace repair. We made an appointment two weeks in advance. We were told they would be here between 8am and noon. I spent PTO in order to be home. At 11:30 I got an automated call notifying me that there would be delays an asking me if I was available after noon. GM Buick wheel finish not adequate. - Buick Lucerne

I bought a Buick Lucerne about 3 months ago from a local dealer. It was a 2011 with 4500 miles, essentially new. The vehicle had a special package on it that gave it special chromed wheels. At a first glance they look OK. Upon furture inspection I see that the chrome coating job on the wheels is terrible and I suspect it will not hold up for more than a few years. It appears when the coating was applied the surface was not prepared properly so debris is embedded in the finish. LLS....

Abandoning the custome

I have a GE Profile Double oven. The Control panel Overlay film has been replaced twice and has peeled off again. Now GE parts indicates they no longer make the overlay and you have to buy a completely new control panel for hundreds of dollars. And my oven is only 5 years old! Even the extended warranty will not cover it as it is considered "cosmetic". I don't understand how this is the right way to treat customers....
