Useless technicians and maddening customer service (or lack there of) - Electrolux appliances - Junk, junk, junk!!!!

In the last 6 weeks my refrigerator and dishwasher needed repair and I called Sears home service to honor the warrantee I purchased in 2009. It took 4 visits to repair the refrigerator including 1 visit where the technician disconnected the control panel and thus shut the power off and ruined ALL the food in the refrigerator and freezer. The transmission has been slipping so I took it into a reputable, well reviewed local business for diagnostics.
