Samsung 2 yr old side by side refrigerator - Samsung Refrigerator RS263 series
The refrigerator has not been cooling sufficiently( 60 degrees plus) since late April 2012, official contact and appoinhment was made for May 3rd ( there is an approx 3 week wait period from the time of contact to the appointed time of the Technician arrival). I have had numerous Tech. appointments, with the the refrig supposively fixed, only to have it stop cooling in several days. I have thrown away a large amount of spoiled food over the months. It is very difficult to work everyday and have to go to the store frequently because we can't store food. One Tech came to fix the refig., had me take every thing out of it. Then at the end annouced that he could not reset the frige and left. When I talked to the Customer Services / Repair , they all sound like robots&-quot; I'm sorry , I understand". But the refidgerator is still not working. Latest encounter today; I have waited 3 weeks for the repair tech to come today, I have taken off work to be available 1-5pm. I get a call today at about 2:45pm that the Tech is tied up and will not be able to come out today, but can come out tomorrow. ( So, am I suppose to take another day off and maybe the Tech will come , maybe not.) I asked for the refrige to be replaced and the same answer is the Tech has to OK it. But I can't get the Tech out here.In the past the Tech did not order a replacement , just psuedo fixed it. I am sooooo frustrated and sick and tired of SEARS and there phony repair system. They tell me I am a prefered customer and I have been a customer for over 45 years, but truly they treat you like s&. I will NEVER buy another item from SEARS. Paid off my credit card and will cut it up. I will tell everyone I know about Sears. Next stop BBB and Ohio Attorney Generals Office. Last step return the refrigerator to the Sears with the spoiled food and call the news media to be present.
