I purchased a Samsung Laser MFP SCX 4623 Series printer. Shortly, however it stopped working and I returned it where I purchased it: Comet in Pontederra, Tuscany, Italy. They said they had to return it to Samsung for repair. This was six weeks ago! So far, after repeated requests, I cannot get my printer back, I get misinformation when it may be ready, and generally horrible customer service. According to Comet, Samsung does not want to replace the printer, they said I will just have to wait until it is repaired. I think six weeks is far too long, and of course I have no idea how long this will go on for.

I am frustrated and annoyed. I am sure this is not the customer dissatisfaction you want to create. I have many other Samsung products, (flat screens, etc.) and needless to say, if this is really how Samsung deals with a warranty problems, it is not likely that I will purchase any Samsung’s products in the future.

I am writing to you in desperation for some guidance how to resolve this problem. Samsung in Italy does not want to talk to me, they said I have to deal with Comet. Comet is not interested to assist.
