Complained about the problem while unit was still under warranty; they said they couldn't send a tech out until they'd done a phone test. Bring the phone receiver to the fridge, they run the test and say nothing's wrong. They refused to send someone out.
Now the unit's out of warranty, they say there's nothing they can do. I've spent most of the day calling them numerous times to speak with a mgr. On hold most of the time. When calling back again and again, get different departments and different employees, no one can help. NOW, I know what's causing the problem; ice chute has a little door that's supposed to close after dispensing. It's stuck in the open position so warm air enters the cube recepticale. I HATE SEARS, I hope they go out of business. They want to collect your money, then hope to never hear from the customer again. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THRU THIS BS.
Also, difficult to understand all the language accents.
