Geek Squad Service Tech Plan - Geek Squad Diagnostics and Repai

I recently purchased the geek squad technical support for 99.00 and 10.00 a month. I outlined my computer problem to them. They were not able to help online and sent me to the local geek squad nearby my home. I brought my computer to them and left it with them. When I picked it up, I was told the problem was solved. IT WAS NOT. So, I called the company and demanded and inhome visit from the Geek Squad. I was sent to the Public Dedender who promised that he would straighten out my situation and call me back in hour since he did not want to waste my time on hold. After leaving him numerous messages for five days, I am yet to hear from him. I then called the geek squad to repor tthis, was then put on hold and disconnected. In the meantime I used TeeSupport and found them terrific. They were able to solve my problem online-something the geek squad could not do. I am considering hiring an attorney for the aggravation they caused me. They are a complete ripoff in my book. BUYER BEWARE.
