Horrible customer service and unrealistic promises regarding availability and delivery of furniture! - Home furniture
Got my whole house furniture from Brick. They promised to delivery the bed set about 5 weeks after I ordered and paid. After 5 weeks I get a phone call confirming the date and time of the delivery. Exactly 2 days later, I get a call saying the bed set isnt available and I have to wait atleast one more month! They block your money for 2 months and still the delivery is doubtful ... what kind of service is this? Then, I go to the store to cancel my bedset..... believe it or not ... they cancel my entire order "by mistake", which results in the other furniture being delivered later than promised. Finally when the other furniture arrives, the dining table is broken! And I haven't yet mentioned the rude staff they have in customer service, particularly in the store. Overall a horrible horrible experience. Im never shopping here again and will advise everyone to stay away from here. They are rude, have no guaranteed delivery, block yur money for months and always blame the "suppliers" for not being able to deliver. They put their furniture on promotion, when they know they have none in stock ... that's misinformation.
