Delivered damaged items with no customer service.

We ordered a mirror in Nov. 2012. It arrived early December and was broken. We immediately contacted the company and noticed them of the broken item. It is now January 17, 2013 and the broken mirror is still at our house. They failed to follow their own policies in having the broken mirror returned and a replacement mirror sent. I have had to contact their customer service several times and nothing has happened.
Do not do business with this company unless you enjoy being ripped off and having a headache.
