Sears Homes Services TV Repair 4 hour window Bad Customer service - TV repair sears Home Services

Service Order Number 41467626 I have a service appt. on 7/22 between 3 and 7pm. I have been on the phone with customer service reps requesting an update. First call was made at 148pm updating Sears with my contact information because it had changed spoke to a Rep that was a girl.. I made a second call to get a status update because I had 1hour left. We confirmed that the previous rep did not update my phone information. I called again and this time the rep had update my phone and a message was sent. 3rd call it was 705pm no tech and the cust.. service rep was rude.. My cell died at this time. I had to use a neighbors cell. 4th call the girl let it out that the tech said he had called me which I asked her to repeat and she new what she said and was back tracking. I accidentally discounted the call. 5th Call spoke to a gentlemen and I requested a supervisor because it was 830pm. My call was picked up by Operator #0001198 she was rude and discounted the call after I asked for a supervisor. She told me what is he going to say that i already didn't. You have to be kidding me she even said the tech will be at your house no matter what time his done on his other call.. Shes joking right it is 830pm Do you really think people don't work. 6th call 637pm Spoke to rep Emily and at this point I am frustrated and I want a manager I have been on hold for 1 hour and 3 minutes my call was picked up no answer and disconnected at 946pm currently on another phone where I'm speaking to NIKI ID#645893 and guess what no tech and I have been on hold for 15 mintues
