sears home repair service

I had repairman out on 7/5, assessed machine, fixed a motor issue...needed a computer board repair. Ordered remanufactured item (because he said it has the same warrenty) and had it delivered the next week. He visited again on 7/11...he found that the computer board was bad. He reordered another board, we opted for the $50 extra for the NEW component and had it RUSHED because he was returning on 7/17. He did not show on 7/17 and called the repair number to find he scheduled it for 7/23. I called to move it to 7/22 when I can take off work...and they said that nobody could be there. Why is it that because the components were bad, that I have to go 4 weeks without a working washing machine...and pay for 4 visits on something that needed to be done in one! Nobody was willing to work with me to change the date of the visit. The customer service rep (who hummed and sang songs during the phone call) disconnected me when he was trying to transfer me to the manager. I"ve had problems with SEARS in the past, and I should have never bought those washers there...I am really worried that SEARS is a dinosaur that is probably not long for this world. Its probably going the way of Kmart, JCPenny's etc. I have to repair this machine...then I'm going to get everything from somewhere else. I have four family flats that I have to have appliances for in the city...and I will NOT be using SEARS especially if I don't get this resolved.
