Bobbi Washabaugh - Prudential Franklin Realty Non-Disclosure of Wetlands on my property before my closing

Seller (Realtor) and Agent (my Realtor) did not access Land Survey of my property prior to closing on house. The Seller listed the property on MLS Disclosure to me on the following:
(1). Is the property located on wetlands or FEMA Flood Zone? She checked "Unknown" She knew about this property because she lived on the corner of the neighborhood just (3) houses down from her client (seller) whom she sold the house.
My Agent (Realtor) did not access the Land Survey either.
My Closing Attorney refused to pull the Land Survey prior to my closing and he (and his Firm) were grossly negligent and misrepresented me. He allowed me and my family to be put in an extreme health hazard because NO Resident can live in a wetlands because of mosquito/tick breeding grounds for health/environmental reasons.
The Franklin County Conservation District KNEW (and Approved) building permits to developer to build homes in the wetlands area and allow standing water on properties and left them like that BEFORE the houses were completed.
