Summary: Aztil lied about the availability of a part in order to avoid paying the technician an overtime rate for weekend work. Aztil made the decision that I should continue to go without cooling for 4 days despite a service contract, in order to avoid work outside normal business hours. I hired Raviv Fokshner to make some renovations to my house. His business card says that he is licensed but my research on the web says the opposite. We did work through SOS Maintenance in multiple locations months ago. The weather conditions were very poor, and some of the work we did on an emergency basis. Penofin
Penofin turned my deck black

I used Penofin Cedar penetrating stain ($49/gal which was supposed to be the best) and for the first month, was absolutely amazing looking like high quality furniture finish. Over the next 4 months of a relatively dry Ohio summer, all horizontal decking / rails have now turned deep black. Never,,,, Never ,,, Never use Penofin products.... Vinegar, bleach, power washing are all ineffective as the black has successfully penetrated deep in the wood... worst product ever ......

The first time I used Masimo Construction I saved thousands of dollars and they did a good job. The second time he had new employees and they asked for upfront payment and ran off without finishing the job. In December 2013 I paid upfront $600 of what was supposed to be a $1200 roof cleaning and repair of broken shingles. You know there are plenty of movies, older movies & tv shows that have been out for some time, like my big fat greek wedding or big bang theory, that you could be adding on each month.. There are hardly any recent additions each day or each month.. If this doesnt get better, i'm gonna cancel my membership cause whats the sense in having the service if you hardly watch it cause theres nothing on your interested in seeing.
