DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I paid Dell almost two hundred dollars to fix the button on my laptop. They were suppose to send me the packaging so I could send it to them well itsl been a week, I was told It would be overnight. I called Dell and the person that is suppose to be able to help me can not speak ENGLISH. I ask to speak to a supervisor and he can not speak ENGLISH. I went online to get information and a chat window pops up and ask if He/She can help me so I typed in my issue. well to my surprise He took ten minutes to type his answer...After ten minutes the words AGENT IS TYPING came across my screen. After going through this for twenty minutes I just gave up. DELL AND ANY COMPANY THAT IS AFFILIATED WITH THEM SHOULD MAKE SURE ALL WORKERS SPEAK ENGLISH, IF THE WORK ON THE CHAT LINE THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO TYPE !!! I will NEVER by anything from Dell and i will make sure to tell everyone I know or come across to NEVER give Dell their business and spread the word. Since my twins got this laptop its been nothing but problems... ITS THE LAPTOP THAT KEEPS ON TAKING, YOU NEVER FINISH PAYING BECAUSE YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO PAY TO GET IT FIXED. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
