We purchased an Affinity washer & gas dryer in May 2010. The dryer never worked properly and began to smell like it was burning. The repairman checked and the dryer is full of mold. He stated it takes at least 2 yrs for that much mold to develop and it probably occurred in the warehouse during storage as I live on a hill it couldn't possibly have happened that quickly in my home. He also stated the dryer appears to have been in a flood and totally submerged. HHgregg and Frigidaire corp refuse to replace or exchange saying it's out of warranty and warranties don't cover mold or mechanical malfunctions. This is a devastating health hazard as well!
