Magic Jack
Very Poor Customer service - tech support

My magicjack worked about less than average maybe it was my slow computer. In Oct 2011 I bought a new computer running win 7 64 bit and my magicjack did not work. I spent 4 hours on Sunday mourning with magicjack. Magicjack's tech had me delete files in my registry which prevented my computer form restarting twice. Monday to Thursday I spent over 2 hours with tech support before they told told me to use a electrical outlet for my USB hub. Stating it will work.I went to a computer store the following Saturday and tried magicjack on 4 computers running win 7 and magicjack did not work.

I have noticed that Magicjack is pushing magicjack plus. I guess they want their current Magicjack customers like new customers to pay full price so you can use Magicjack.

One more thing Magicjack does not have a number to call them.
