On Jan 1, 2012 I purchased a laptop computer from (order 7727). The price was $95.99 and was paid for with my Paypal account. I received the laptop on Jan 19, 2012 and it was damaged. I contacted the company and advised them of this. They instructed me to take pictures of the damage and email the pictures to them, which I did. They instructed me to send the laptop back to China, and a replacement laptop would be sent to me. I mailed the laptop back on Feb.4, 2012 using the return address shipping label they provided me with. Two weeks later I emailed them to ask if they had received it yet. They advised that it had not yet arrived, and that these things take time. They also advised that they would let me know via email when it arrives. It is now eight weeks later and I still have heard nothing. I emailed them four days ago and advised them that I would be contacting the better business bureau. They have not responded to that email at all. I have supporting documentaion for all of my claims. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They contacted Mycellbay and notified them of the complaint. Mycellbay refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau. They have also stopped responding to my email. They have not replaced my broken laptop, or refunded my money. I have been robbed of $96.00. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
