Poor Quality of Service from Dell Service Center

I brought my Dell Inspiron 15 5568 2-in-1 in month of August 2016 and hence my PC is under warranty. In the month of January 2017 , there was a problem in the motherboard , dell tech support guys couldn't solve it online and asked me to Mail the Laptop to nearest Service Center (Huston which is 280 miles from my place). I have mailed it as per their guidance. I got the laptop back from them saying that they have changed the motherboard and they have thoroughly tested , everything looks good.

But the sound card is not working. when I play a movie with full volume, the speakers volume is hardly visible. Again I have to dial a customer care guy, I have to sit with him sharing my screen for 4 hours and tried all the possible ways to solve the issue online. He couldn't do that and finally asked me to send it to Huston Service center again. This happened in Feb 2017. I have mailed it again to them.

I received the laptop from them again saying that the speakers have been changed and the device is 100% working properly and thoroughly checked by dell their technician . When I opened the laptop and tested, the issue was still there and it was not resolved at all.

These guys are so lazy that they are not doing the basic testing before sending the laptop back . They don't fix the problem. They don't address the problem.

Now what should I do with such poor quality of service and utter negligence. I have wasted nearly 2 months now and the device is not in useable condition from past 2 months .
