Received a broken scanner (Ordered through Amazon.) After two weeks of constant calling and emailing I STILL have never heard back from Mustek. Since that time time has been running out on returning to seller, the cost of shipping this scanner is about half the cost of the actual appliance. I'm afraid I'm either going to lose a bunch of money returning this or will be left with an expensive doorstop piece of equipment. Please get back to me mustek!!!!
A3 2400S large format scanner, scanner bar will not move during operation.
