Office365 Renewal ring-a-rosie
After 2 hours and 7 callcentre agents I am no closer to turning my trial into a paid subscription. One person passes me along to the next and the next. One told me that it is impossible to purchase that monthly option, despite it being available on the website. Agent Nr 6 wanted me to call the UK from South Africa because she couldn't; help me. I have spent more on wasted time and phone costs than the subscription is! When I asked for customer services to complain they simply put me through to the Office 365 team...who after 22 minutes on hold don't deal with home premium. Badly done Microsoft. Badly done.
