Digital Persona Customer Service - Digital Persona
Good morning. I just called Digtal Persona at 650-474-4000 because I wanted to check into new software, but also because the Digital Persona, imbedded into my laptop, just stopped recognizing website logins. I am an IT professional and I understand how things work, but I have tried everything and nothing has remedied this issue with my Digital Persona. It has happened once before and I was able to fix it, but I have been unsuccessful this time. However,the woman that I spoke to was very rude and instantly cut me off and was adamant in making sure that she pointed out that Digital Persona is not interested in helping me. I was completely appalled, disgusted and disappointed in this behavior and the service that I received. It definitely doesn't give me any reassurance that I would ever want to purchase a product from Digital Persona nor recommend this to anyone! Support and Customer Service is first and foremost in my book. Thus, if I check out a company and they are extremely void of any human emotion, support or customer service, then I am immediately put off and diverted to the next company, who might offer the same product at a much higher price, but is much more relatable, friendly and has excellent customer service! Thus, if I have your product now and it doesn't work, why am I unable to receive any sort of assistance?? I have all of my passwords and online logins stored in this product and for it to work in the short-term and then break and I'm told too bad, is just not exceptable or even good business practices!
