Malfunctioning Pavilion M6 & HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus - HP Pavilion M6 Laptop & HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus Printe

From the first day I bought this laptop, it has been nothing but inadequate. The first four months I had it, it would do nothing but "spin" when attempting to open Internet Explorer. I spend ENDLESS HOURS on the phone getting different advice, returning the computer to HP for repairs, etc., for 5 months (they can check their records). Only after 5 months did I get a fairly new employee on the phone who found the problem and it was a simple setting, but not one the every-day computer user would know about.

Now for a month, I had been having "BLUE SCREEN CRASHES" and, after trying several solutions, I am told the only thing to do is a complete System Restore. This, of course, will require that I reinstall all software, go back to the manufacturer for any upgrades and will probably involve a week of my time.

I FEEL VERY STRONGLY THAT THIS COMPUTER SHOULD BE REPLACED!!!! There were other interim problems - these are just the most significant. Furthermore, it takes HOURS every time I call because I cannot understand the Customer Service Agents and they cannot understand me.

Just days after I purchased the laptop, I purchased a 2-year extended warranty because it was giving me problems from the day I purchased it (8-17-12). They have blamed it on me, on Microsoft, on Internet Explorer, etc., BUT THE BLUE SCREEN CRASHES ARE THE FINAL BLOW.

I DO NOT WORK FOR HP BUT SHOULD CERTAINLY BE PAID BY THEM FOR THE AMOUNT OF MY TIME THAT HAS BEEN WASTED TRYING TO GET THEIR PRODUCTS "FIXED".

The printer is an entirely different subject. The Officejet Pro 8600 Plus is a good product but, without fail, it has to be replaced about every 6 months for some malfunction. That is done only because of the fact that I bought an extended warranty on this also.

SO I HAVE SPEND HUNDREDS OF $$$ ON EXTENDED WARRANTIES and hundreds of hours of my personal time - trying to solve problems that HP should never have had in the first place.

I would also like to have an address where I can write to their Customer Satisfaction Dept., and anything else anyone can do to help me would be greatly appreciated.
