I was also scammed by excellent boots.com

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter in plenty of time to receive them by christmas...well I was dooped! I ordered them on December 10th...they debited my account...I have still not received the boots and it is January 3 2010. I dont know what to do...I have written them around 5 times and they write back saying its the post office's fault. I to was issued an invalid tracking number. Really how can this happen? How are they getting away with this?

Where do we turn for some real help? That was my daughters "big gift" and now the excitement has turned to anger. I am sick of not trusting...when does this end and who will help put an end to this company.
