concern for costomers

I live in Reno, nevada and my children love going to circus circus, we have planned many family events at this hotel, because they are for the most of it a great place with great customer service. My children love the fun/game area and the courtyard buffet. The last visit we did was in feb, 2010 and was not so good, the front desk check in could not find our reservation for 15 min and was kinda rude in doing so, then it took 15 minutes for longer for the bell hope to bring our belongings to the room and to top it off the vallet broke the key off in our ignition, they said they tried to contact us with no results... Why did'nt they call our room? As we were leaving they informed us of this situation, that we would have to wait a few hours to have a lock smith to repair our car, good thing we lived in Reno and had an additional car so that we were able to take our children to school and doctors appointments scheduled, we then went home and waited a few hours later they brought our car home, the next day we noticed that the key was not working properly and all they could say was were sorry and we will reimburse you to make a new key!!! How will that do any good ???
