2010 lincoln MKT major engine problems

I have a fully loaded, every option 2010 ecoboost lincoln mkt. it has 46k miles and was starting to knock and hesitate and shake. It's been in the service department for over two weeks now! This car brand new costs around 65k and should not be having these issues. The dealer provided a loaner but unfortunately they have nothing that can fit my family so we have to use two cars or leave someone at home. Spoke to national customer support about the problem and they told me I a m lucky since they are giving me a free loaner and not charging! They still have no timetable. To fix it. It's still under original warranty. I asked if they can move me into a newer one but they said it would it cost me 20k more to do so. They would not help out by taking a loss on some of the difference even though I was willing to payout 10k of it myself. You would think they would reward an owner but they don't care and they apparently make crap as my prior navigator had nothing but problems. The only helpful person thus far is the twitter support person but they can't really do anything but refer you to people who insult you.
