took my car in for a simple repair, scheduled appointment time. was told when i arrived, that the appointment time was only to "get the vehicle in line" for service. it was going to be a 4-5 hour wait!! I said I would go elsewhere, someplace where the word "appointment" meant just that. The sales advisor Peter Quezada was so rude about it. He told me he wasn't goint to "deal" with me. I was appauled that a customer was being treated this way.
