They took them back!
Ordered a plant with flowers to be delivered to my daughter on her first day at her new job. When they didn't arrive I called the next morning to find out what had happened. Since they weren't able to get in touch with the florist that early in the morning, they promised to call back. Almost two hours later I received an email stating the florist had tried to but the door was locked. (It's NYC people - they have a buzz in system like half of the city does.) I emailed them back - please have a supervisor call me. Half hour later another email - sorry for the inconvenience! So now I call them again and ask for a supervisor. But the young lady assured me that she could help. After some discussion she told me that the plant had already been delivered and then offered me a $10 gift card good on my NEXT purchase (did she really think I would order again?) After saying no to the gift card - I want my money back she said "fine but we have to take the plant back". I told her to do what she felt was necessary and then later found out that the plant was just being delivered while I was on the phone. My daughter did see the plant for approximately 5 minutes before it was picked up again. Needless to say I won't be doing business with them in the future. BEWARE!
