FedEx forces us to pick up the 8kg parcel
We were expecting the parcel (weighs 8kg) because FedEx web sites showed the parcel is on their delivery vehicle on November 19, 2012. My wife and son were waiting for the parcel at home from the morning. But their web sites showed the "Customer not available" exception at noon. I called their Customer Services at 12:30pm and asked them to deliver the parcel on the same day. A lady of FedEx called me at 1:30pm, she asked me what time is good for us. I answered that anytime is okay with us since my wife and son are home. At 5:28pm, the lady called me again and said that they cannot deliver the parcel on the day and asked us to pick it up.I do not think the parcel was really on their delivery vehicle. FedEx is cheater. We paid it for the door-to-door services but they force us to pick up the 8kg parcel. This bad experience tells us that DO NOT use FedEx any more.
