HORRIBLE COMPANY & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Will never order from Bloomex again. After entering my order, which included the address of delivery, I was prompted to a page that told me that my order would be received between 12-5pm on the date I had requested. I had placed my order 2 days prior to this. This company offers "SAME DAY DELIVERY before 1pm" on their site, so of course, this seemed like plenty of time (not to mention, checkout told me it was). Then, on the day that my order was supposed to be delivered, I received a tracking number that informed me that it would be arriving in the evening TWO days after the requested delivery date.

I then called customer service - never in my life have I experienced such a rude customer service representative. This agent told me "you should have read the fine print in customer terms and policies". I did not think this would be necessary considering that the checkout told me the specific date and time it would be delivered after I had already entered the address and postal code. I was then told that I could cancel my order if I paid $25, and then I was told that i could not cancel my order because it had been shipped out. COMPLETELY RUINED the birthday surprise that my twin daughters were excitedly waiting for.
