Bloomex - Horrible Service & Cheap Flowers - Floral Arrangements X 2 - both horrible experiences

I have recently had two orders that went completely wrong. The first was a floral arrangement that was paid for to be delivered on Dec. 21. They failed to do that and sent me a note that they did not deliver the flowers 5 days later, followed by 2 notes stating they had. I call the recipient and they had received nothing from Bloomex . Then they told me they delivered flowers to the wrong address (even though the address I provided was correct) and they were keeping my delivery fee. So rather than lose $15.00 they brought a fruit basket of equal value on Jan. 6. I asked for a manager to call me and no-one responded. That is 14 days late and no apology.

I had a $10 voucher with them I wanted to get rid of, so I ordered an arrangement for my mother (in the same city). What they brought was a CHEAP bouquet of flowers I could have bought at a grocery store for $15.00 instead of $50.00. Also, I paid for an arrangement and received a bouquet. When I sent a complaint, I was told that the flowers were the florist choice. I again asked for a manager to call me. No response.

I will NEVER use this company again and have photos of what was ordered and what was received. Not remotely acceptable. I will be telling everyone I know because they do not need to waste their money when there are reputable companies available on line that will provide customers with what they paid for, on time and care about quality. That is definitely NOT Bloomex.
