employee with anger issue

I tried to post this earlier but I'm not sure if it was sent. Forgive me if this is a duplicate post.

I encountered an angry UPS employee this morning. I have driven through the UPS distribution parking lot for years. I don't do it daily. I know I am not the only one who does this. I always drive slow and cautiously. I have never had any sort of incident or problem doing this. Customers drive in and out all the time.
This morning was different. As I drove through, I saw that a UPS truck had blocked the exit. Never have I seen this. So I drove around the truck and onto the city street. As I was driving a UPS employee flagged me down. I stopped, unrolled my window and got an ear full. I respectfully told the man I would not drive through the lot again and that I only did it to save gas. This just seemed to make him more angry. He preceded to yell at me some more and I said "I got it. I won't do it again. Don't let this ruin your day." Well again, he escaladed his anger and I chose to drive away as this man was not being reasonable or rational for the situation
I was wrong for driving though the lot. I said I would discontinue doing it. However, UPS may want to have an anger management training for some of their employees and they may want a sign simply reading ' DO NOT ENTER. CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEES ONLY'.
