Delivery promised in 3 weeks max - still hasn't left warehouse 25 days afte

We placed an order for $5,500.00 on August 31st, for Labor Day sales. Over the phone, we were guaranteed a delivery within 3 weeks but it should be sooner.
We received a shipment notice on Sept 13th but it was just the beginning of lies and nightmares for us. We had daily contact with Goedeker's. Every day since then, they told us that that our order will be picked up the same day by freight forwarder and take a week to be delivered to us. We have asked for a resolution and alternative in freight forwarder but nothing was done to fulfill request. There is no progress on the status of our order. The customer service is not only terrible but also incompetent. I even have cc'd the President of the company bit either he doesn't care or he has too many of these requests to attend to!
They claim on their website to have the best customer service and do the best of their ability to make their customer happy; 2 solutions then, either they lie or they really are incompetent; or maybe a lot of both!
We are still waiting for our order to leave their warehouse at this time.
We are renovating our apartment and the delayed delivery caused delay in the kitchen buildout, extra expenses not only to our contractor but also toward our rent as we will have to stay one more month in our current apartment.
We are extremely disappointed to have received customer service like this, especially when they advertise so widely their customer service and Christian values.
