Abhorrent lack of professionalism at local branches costing me an entire day of work

Made a reservation, they never called. Was ill-informed that a "pick-up service" was available to me, but I must contact local branch to verify it can be done. I spent 2.5 hours calling. They never picked up the phone, I had to spend time between calling them during the 2.5 hours to call the 1-800 number to main call center and they kept transferring me to the wrong locations.
Finally a customer service person found a "hidden number" directly to that branch. As he asnwered the phone I was greeted with an unprofessional attitude as if talking with him was a horrid chore.

I asked for pickup service and I recieved a, "Yeah... pickup service... yeah... we don't do that..." They had picked me up before just a few months prior to this. I became frustrated at his lack of service and the attitude from him and told him to cancel the reservation.
His response, "...sure whatever -click-" and hung up on me.
