Rip Off Company, Poor Management & HR

Santander Consumer USA is a rip - off company! They mislead customers. They charge late fees, misc. fees & other fees to customer whom should not be charged. They instruct their employess to not advise customers whom over paid and are do an overage refund. They tell customers a reaffirmation is a possiblity but seem to be so far behind on reaffs that it isnt likely to begin with. One department doesnt know what the other department is doing.

They treat customers rudely and when put on the spot advise them to contact their attorney. They misapply payments and account information is not always accurate. They discriminate against employees. They treat their employees just as bad as their customers. They care only about upper management and money. They disregard multiple complaints against a manager and dont reprimend management for offending, being racial or for being unprofessional on more than one occasion. They do wrongful repos and use venders whom damage vehicles. They have sold cars they shouldnt have sold after repossesion. They have contacted customers whom filed BK when the law says they shouldnt. They have a system that auto dials contacting numbers wrongfully.

They have a poor system, poor customer service, poor management, poor HR & poor venders. Management lies to customers.

How do I know this? I worked there! Dont do business with Santander you will lose money & your car. Dont work there they dont care about their employees.
