Lost my service foreve
I was at the Totowa nj drive thru on minisink road. I waited for about 2 mins for someone to answer me then finally this rude man who clearly doesn't know English came on and I started placing my order. I asked him one simple question if the sandwich I ordered had any dressing/sauce on it. He refused to answer my question and got very rude. He had to call someone else over to answer it The other guy ca,e on and asked my question again and the answer was simply mustard If you don't know what's on the sandwich then you probably shouldn't be working there. Upon going to the window I also had a coupon for a $1.99 sandwich on the new dunkin app. He denied me using it and complained it doesn't work. He was yelling at me saying I can't use it here. So I said keep the sandwich and drove off. I had then proceeded to go to the other dunkin donuts in Totowa on route 46. I simply ordered my sandwich and then they guy , another one who doesn't speak English tell me that there's no rolls left. It's a 24hr drive thru things like that shouldn't run out. So he said I have one so I went to the window and he also refused once again to use the coupon. I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I'm sick of people never understanding me. HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK FULL ENGLISH !!!! THIS IS AMERICA NOT INDIA. I'm not racist at all but the customer is always right and I'm very disappointed in dunkin donuts. What a shame. All I wanted was my sandwich but that never happened.
