Wrong charged coffee

Hi,

I just went to a dunkin donuts and ordered a large black coffee. Your employees overcharged me by charging me for a wrong coffee. I pointed this out to them, they said it was fine. I showed them the receipt and said "This says iced coffee. I did not order iced coffee". They said they would not give me a refund and would have me buy something of equal value. That seems like an extreemly dishonest sales tactic. Please give me a refund.
