I ordered three footlongs- over $18- and every single sandwich was wrong. There was no receipt with it either. When I got home, every single sandwich was completely wrong. Then I called them to ask what could be done to resolve the issue, the "assistant manager" told me that if we brought our food back up there they could make new ones. So not only did I drive 4.7 miles there (almost 10 miles there and back) I had to drive all the way back again. When I got back there I asked the manager if there was anything they could do to compensate my time and gas, she denied me. So I ended up taking some chips. They were extremely unprofessional and I refuse to get food from that location. This isn't the first time I've had problems with their store either. I do not recommend that location not will I ever recommend subway either. I will never buy food from them again. I think I'm gonna take my business to Quiznos, they seem to be much more professional and they don't seem like they're on drugs.
