First Consumers National Bank

This is not a rip off. It has to be a crime and against the law.

These are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life.

I began getting phone calls several weeks ago saying I was late with my payments. I knew that I wasn't. I tried giving them check numbers and amounts, etc. They would not listen.

2 weeks ago I got another call saying I was overdue. Same thing. Last night they called again. I called this morning to try to get to the bottom of the problem. The man, Mr. Green, was the rudest, obnoxious person I have ever talked to. I explained that my payment of $50 had cleared my bank on 5/2/03. Electronic payments through my bank....he all but called me a liar. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said I didn't need a supervior I just needed to pay my bills.

I finally spoke to a Connie Gardner (supervisor). I explained what had been going on and also stated that Mr. Green should be reprimanded...that he should not be allowed to talk to customers the way he did. She said he had been standing behind him and he was not rude. They still say they don't have my payments and it appears they have added $35.00 late fee. Help. Help. What can honest people do?
