I am so upset with the Walmart in Aransas Pass. I use to work there and cash checks all the time. I went there today (4/19/2013) to cash a check from. I went to a register because the line at the service desk was very long. Everything went great and the back of the was printed just like it was being cashed. It would not load on my card which then the transaction was declined. The CSM aborted the transaction and went to ask the manager what to do. After waiting an hour the CSM came back and said we could not cash it (i did not want the cash, I just wanted to put in on my card). I was then upset because the back of the check had the imprint like it was cashed. Now I am stuck with the check and no money. Management should have helped me because it did print on the back of it. At this point I am hoping a bank will take it. I am so mad because that is the only walmart i would go to even if it is 3 minutes away. Management needs to understand how to handle this because now I do not know if they will cash it anywhere. This should have been done at their store.
