Just lost a long time custome
Accountnow is rude and unprofessional. They act as if you are there only option. I have have them since 2006 off and on. Customer Service is the worst. You get a different answer every time you call. If there is a problem there is no branch to walk in to. They take way to long to resolve disputes. I had to order another card first the sent it to the wrong address. After I told the rep the new one. Then still tried to charge me for the card i never got $10. After I complained they told me they would credit it as a one time curtsey as if I was the one who messed up. Then mailed me another card I couldn't wait any longer so because of there mistake the first time I had to pay $25 to rush the card. So I'm thinking that's it. So i check my account they charged $25 plus $10 for the card which the representative failed to mention. I'm so glad chase came out with chase liquid good bye to account now forever!!!!
