Worst customer service on the face of the planet - Student Loans
I have never encountered more incompetent support staff in my life. Every time I call, the person on the other end of the line can't answer any questions about how their systems work, the details of their products, or anything else pertinent to my business with them. When I get frustrated and request to speak to a supervisor, I'm transferred to even less intelligence, stuttering, stammering reps who are equally ill-equipped to help me. This is also not an isolated incident, I've had loans with them for years and end up having a reason to call every month or two. If you have ANY other option for financial services, and I mean ANY, go elsewhere! You'll save yourself years and years of grief.
