Employees gave misinformation regarding deferment policies. Employees not knowlegdable regarding these policies. Takes several weeks and so many phone calls to try and sort out deferment requests. very frustrating! Deal with different people every time I call and get a different answer each time. No action being taken!! Trying to get help and unable until I talked to a supervisor who still did not guarantee me that it would be taken care of. I could go on and on. Worst manged company I've ever seen!
