Spanish 1 - Gold Course CD
Product not ordered, but sent anyway.
I ordered a trial subscription of a Pimsleur Spanish course. Shortly after receiving it, I received an advanced course which I did not order. I called and tried to return it but the person (Dave) demaned that I keep the set for an additional 60 days. I did not hear from them again until I received a collection letter for $256. I tried to call the person (Kathy Heart) who sent the letter but was told that Kathy Heart is a fictitious name for the collections department. Had I read previous complaints, I would have realized this is a scam. How do I return the CD's I have not used and do not want?
