Computershare - abysmal customer service.

A stock holding in an Australian company was taken over by a firm in America. My attempts to receive a missing dividend payment have taken over 2 YEARS. I have provided certified copies of all relevant documents confirming my identity and stock holding. However, Computershare have ignored or taken months to respond to any communication. Their website interestingly has no portal through which to lodge a complaint.
