Not filing my claim properly
Pamela Garcia did not file my claim the proper way to insure that I got the best service the claim was done on sep 7th and just got my car back on the sep 28. I had expenses that I had because I need a car. Also I agree that I would pay 500 when Pamela told me that everything was going to be covered that we went through she failed to do that too . I want to make sure this gets looked and have something be done about it. It's not fair that I had to go through all this .
