Double debit and incorrect debit

Could somebody please attend to my query. I was told that you have a 48hour turnaround time but it has not been adhered to.

To whom it may concern

I am very disgusted about your pathetic service. I am currently a student and work very hard to make ends meet. My bank account has been double debited twice . In November I spent a lot of time trying to rectify your error and had to pay a penalty to reverse one debit. I have also been having a problem with increase in subscription without being notified . Remember that I have a signed contract with you guys so please can you rectify your errors and reverse back all the extra amounts that have been debited. I am totally disgusted with the way my account has been handled, I am a student and cannot deal with your incompetences anymore. Could someone urgently contact me or I will have to take some serious action.
