Won't Admit Fault - Citbank Checking Account

Citibank Online Bill Payment Software changed the address and zip code of my payee to some stored value that was wrong. My bill payment was returned by the Post Office and I received a LATE notice.

Now Citibank will not admit fault and will only claim that I input the wrong values.

This started off as a small problem but escalated into a life of its own when I realized that Citibank will only find itself faultless and call me a liar. Repeated employees and managers have taken this stance. It is not correct.
